Island View Waterfront Availability

We are very blessed that so many folks have chosen to work with us to make their big day dreams come true. Cancellations are rare,  but should a cancellation happen, we will post the date here as soon as we know it is available.

• We do require a $1,000,000 day-of-event insurance policy with Island View Waterfront listed as the additional insured.  This policy is due 60 days prior to the event date.  
• Pricing is subject to change.  The pricing and terms for your event will be based on the date the contract is written and not the date of your tour.  (Because couples may tour with us weeks or months before booking, there could be a rate change between the tour date and the request to book date.)
• Island View Waterfront has no hidden fees.  We believe in being transparent in our pricing so you can properly budget for your special day.
